    • Microwave the Emborg French Brie on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds, or until the Brie is very soft when you prod the centre. If the Brie starts to puff up too much, then turn off the microwave and leave it inside for a while. The residual heat will continue to melt it.

    • Top with pecans, pomegranate seeds and maple syrup. Serve immediately with crackers of your choice.
