Bao Buns with BBQ Beef and Mozzarella
- 4 slices Emborg Perfect Slices or Emborg Italian Slices
- Fresh Chili
- 4 Bao Buns
- 150 g BBQ Marinated Beef (cooked)
- 8 tbsp Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 200 g Julienned and Pickled Carrots and Mooli
- 4-5 slices Fresh Cucumber
- Fresh Coriander

To make these bao buns, start by streaming the bao buns until soft. Spread the wasabi mayonnaise on the inside of the bao.
Add 1 slice of Emborg Perfect Slices and add the BBQ marinated beef. Add the pickled vegetables and 2 slices of fresh cucumber. Finally, add fresh coriander and chili, close the bao and enjoy now or later as an afternoon snack
