Bao Buns with BBQ Beef and Mozzarella
4 pcs Bao buns
4 slices Emborg Perfect Slices or Emborg Italian Slices
150g BBQ marinated beef (cooked)
8 tbsp Wasabi mayonnaise
200g Julienned and pickled carrots and mooli
4-5 slices Fresh cucumber
Steam the bao buns until soft. Spread the wasabi mayonnaise on the inside of the bao.
Add 1 slice of Emborg Perfect slices and add the BBQ marinated beef. Add the pickled vegetables and 2 slices of fresh cucumber. Finally, add fresh coriander and chili, close the bao and enjoy now or later as an afternoon snack.
