Bao Buns with Chicken and Cheddar
400g Cooked chicken
200 Julienned pickled carrots and mooli
4 Bao buns
4 slices Emborg Natural Sliced Cheddar
8 slices Cucumber
8 tbsp Sichuan mayonnaise
Fresh coriander and chili
Steam the bao buns until soft. Spread the sichuan mayonnaise on the inside of the bao.
Add 1 slice of Emborg Natural Sliced Cheddar and add the cooked chicken.
Add the pickled vegetables and 2 slices of fresh cucumber.
Finally, add fresh coriander and chili, close the bao and enjoy right away or later as a delicious afternoon snack.
