
Bao Buns with Chicken and Cheddar


Ingredients
- 4 Slices Emborg Natural Sliced Cheddar
- 400 g Cooked Chicken
- 200 g Julienned Pickled Carrots and Mooli
- 4 Bao Buns
- 8 slices of Cucumber
- 8 tbsp Sichuan Mayonnaise
- Fresh Coriander and Chili
Try these delicious bao buns with chicken and cheddar, perfect for lunch or perhaps an afternoon snack?
Method:
Steam the bao buns until soft. Spread the sichuan mayonnaise on the inside of the bao.
Add 1 slice of Emborg Natural Sliced Cheddar and add the cooked chicken.
Add the pickled vegetables and 2 slices of fresh cucumber.
Finally, add fresh coriander and chili, close the bao and enjoy right away or later as a delicious afternoon snack.
