


BBQ Enoki Beef Rolls & Cheese Dip
Less prep and more joy this Chinese New Year! Complete your BBQ table with a Mozzarella cheese dip that pairs beautifully with beef-wrapped enoki mushrooms and more. A must-have for your Chinese New Year BBQ celebrations!

Instructions
Enoki Beef Rolls

Prepare the enoki mushrooms by cutting off the bottom root section. Separate the mushrooms into small bundles.

Wrap each bundle of mushrooms with a sheet of thinly sliced beef. Repeat for remaining beef slices.
Cheese Dip

In a round aluminium or metal container, fill it with Emborg Shredded Mozzarella until 2/3 full.
Set the table & enjoy

Place grill/BBQ plate in the middle of a table over heat source with enoki beef rolls and other ingredients around.

Heat grill/BBQ plate and place the cheese dip container on it.

Grease grill/BBQ pan with Emborg Unsalted Butter. Cook enoki beef rolls, rotating a quarter turn every few minutes until browned.

By this point, the cheese should be melted. Dip the cooked enoki beef roll into the melted cheese and enjoy!
