Prepare the Avocado

  • Place avocado in a bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mash gently until it achieves chunky consistency.

Fry Bacon & Eggs

  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp and golden. Remove and drain excess oil using paper towel.

  • Using the same pan, cook eggs to preferred doneness. Sunny-side-up or soft scrambled works best.

Toast the Bread

  • Brush sourdough slices with butter and toast lightly. Ready for plating.

Assemble

  • Spread avocado mixture generously on top of the bread. Layer with crispy bacon. Top it off with egg.

  • Sprinkle with chili flakes, drizzle with honey and serve.
