Brie Bruschetta


  • 4 Slices of Bread (preferably sourdough or large sandwich bread)
  • 300 g Emborg Brie
  • 100 ml Lemon Curd
  • 400 g Blackberries
  • 1 Handful Chervil

Brie buschetta makes the perfect snack or starter. Follow these easy steps: 


Spread lemon curd on the slices of bread.

Cut slices of brie and place on the bread.

Grill the bread in the oven and serve with fresh blackberries and chervil.
