- 4 slices of bread – preferably sourdough or large sandwich bread
- 300 g Emborg Brie
- 100 ml lemon curd
- 400 g blackberries
- 1 small handful chervil
Spread lemon curd on the slices of bread.
Cut slices of brie and place on the bread.
Grill the bread in the oven and serve with fresh blackberries and chervil.
