Ingredients
- 4 Slices of Bread (preferably sourdough or large sandwich bread)
- 300 g Emborg Brie
- 100 ml Lemon Curd
- 400 g Blackberries
- 1 Handful Chervil

Method:
Spread lemon curd on the slices of bread.
Cut slices of brie and place on the bread.
Grill the bread in the oven and serve with fresh blackberries and chervil.
