- 300 g Cooked Quinoa
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Large Apple
- 1 Handful Beansprouts
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Sugar

Method:
First, thaw the broccoli.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing (vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar)
Arrange the Emborg broccoli, quinoa, sliced avocado, Emborg Edamame Beans and diced apples. Drizzle with the dressing and top with bean sprouts.
