Ready in 25 min.
- 300 g Emborg Broccoli, thawed
- 1 large egg
- 75 g Emborg Shredded Emmentaler
- 100 ml breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes.
Blend or finely chop the broccoli and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Form small balls of the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 200 °C.
