- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Emborg Butter
- 150 g Dark Chocolate
- 150 g Flour
- 150 g Almonds
- 50 ml Emborg Dessert Whip
Brownie is one of Emborg's favorite desserts. Try it by following the simple steps below.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Whisk eggs and sugar together until white foam.
Melt Emborg butter and chocolate in a pot.
Pour melted chocolate butter into the mix.
Mix together with flour and blended almonds and Emborg dessert whip.
Pour into a baking tray, size 20 x 25 cm. And bake for 20-25 minutes.
