  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  • Whisk eggs and sugar together until it forms a white foam.

  • Melt Emborg Salted Butter and chocolate in a pot.

  • Once cooled a bit, pour melted chocolate butter into the egg mix.

  • Gently fold together with flour, almonds and Emborg Whipping Cream.

  • Pour into a greased 20 x 20 cm baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until it is done.

  • Enjoy!
