Bulgur salad with greek style cheese
200 ml bulgur
300 g Emborg Cut Beans, frozen
100 ml green olives with paprika
200 g Emborg Greek Style Cheese cubes
100 ml Emborg Grana Pandano, grated
100 ml chopped parsley
Zest of one lemon
Cook the bulgur, following the instructions on the packet.
Blanche the frozen beans.
Roughly chop the olives and the lettuce.
Mix the bulgur, beans, olives, lettuce and Emborg Greek Style together.
Mix the grated Grana Pandano with the chopped parsley and the lemon zest to create a gremolata.
Sprinkle the gremolata over the bulgur salad and the dish is ready to serve.
