  • 5 dl frozen Emborg Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 Large Egg lightly beaten
  • 2.5 dl Emborg Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2.5 dl Emborg Grana Padano shredded
  • 1.5 dl Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives or Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Try these extremely creamy but still crispy Cauliflower Bites! They are the perfect get-together snack or healthy kid-friendly treat – what is not to like?


Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Squeeze out excess water from the thawed Emborg Cauliflower Rice.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is not combining, add 1–2 tbsp water.

Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your hands and shape it into a squared tot. Place the tots on a parchment-lined baking rack.

Brush the tots with neutral cooking oil. Transfer to the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. They should be crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.

Serve this healthy cauliflower treat with your favourite dips!
