Cauliflower Mac & Cheese

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    • Heat Emborg Butter and oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook about 2 minutes.

    • Stir in flour. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring continually for 3–4 minutes.

    • Add Emborg Milk and continue whisking, raising heat to medium-high for about 2 minutes until it comes to a boil and becomes smooth and thick. Keep stirring and season with salt and pepper.

    • Once the mixture thickens, remove the pan from heat. Gradually add Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar, mixing well until all the cheese is melted.

    • Thaw Emborg Cauliflower Rice and squeeze out any excess moisture.

    • Stir cauliflower rice into the cheese mixture and pour into a baking dish.

    • Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    • Then, broil for 2 minutes until the top is slightly browned.

    • Serve this hot, creamy delight with your favourite greens, such as Emborg Garden Peas, for a fresh touch.
