Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Heat Emborg Butter and oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook about 2 minutes.

Stir in flour. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring continually for 3–4 minutes.

Add Emborg Milk and continue whisking, raising heat to medium-high for about 2 minutes until it comes to a boil and becomes smooth and thick. Keep stirring and season with salt and pepper.

Once the mixture thickens, remove the pan from heat. Gradually add Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar, mixing well until all the cheese is melted.

Thaw Emborg Cauliflower Rice and squeeze out any excess moisture.

Stir cauliflower rice into the cheese mixture and pour into a baking dish.

Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Then, broil for 2 minutes until the top is slightly browned.

Serve this hot, creamy delight with your favourite greens, such as Emborg Garden Peas, for a fresh touch.
