- 500 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 g Emborg Butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 150 ml Emborg Sour Cream
- A small handful of chives
- 250 g Emborg Cheddar Mild
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and crushed garlic to combine.
Crumble the cold butter into the mixture until the butter has been evenly distributed.
Stir in grated cheddar and finely chopped chives.
Gather the dough with egg, sour cream and water.
Roll out the dough to approximately 15x30 cm and press out scones.
Roll out the dough again and press out the last scones.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 210 °C.
