Instructions
- 
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and crushed garlic to combine. 
- 
Crumble the cold Emborg Unsalted Butter into the mixture until the butter has been evenly distributed. 
- 
Stir in grated Emborg Cheddar Cheese and finely chopped chives. 
- 
Gather the dough with egg, Emborg Sour Cream and water. 
- 
Roll out the dough to approximately 15x30 cm and press out round scones. 
- 
Roll out the dough again and press out the last scones. 
- 
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 210 °C until golden.
