Cheese and sweetcorn pasta bake

Ingredients

  • 400 g mini pasta horns or another type of pasta
  • 400 g Emborg Organic Sweet Corn
  • 400 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
  • 1 handful basil
  • 200 g Emborg Shredded Pasta Cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

Drain the pasta and fold in the thawed sweetcorn.

Stir in the pasta cream and chopped basil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C.

Serve the dish with salad.
