Cheese Dakgalbi Rice Bowl
This delicious Cheese Dakgali Rice Bowl is quick and easy to prepare for any weeknight supper, especially if you remember to marinate the chicken the night before.

Instructions
Marinade

In a bowl, combine all of the marinade ingredients. Toss in the chicken, making sure each piece is covered, then marinate overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Rice Bowl

In a wok or large skillet with hot oil, add the sweet potato, carrot, cabbage and perilla leaves.

Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes over a medium to high heat. Then turn the heat down to medium to low and cook for 10 minutes more, stirring often so that it cooks evenly and does not stick to the pan.

Place the cooked chicken on the cooked rice. Top with Emborg Shredded Mozzarella and cover while still hot until the cheese has melted. Top with scallions for garnish.
