  • Start by mixing the chia seeds and Emborg Milk into a jar let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes.

  • While waiting for the chia pudding to set, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.

  • When the chia pudding is set, spoon it into four glasses and top with a layer of mango and passionfruit. Finally, sprinkle some coconut flakes over the dessert.

Tips: Top the chia pudding off with your favourite topping (e.g. berries or granola). Make the chia pudding the day before so it’s ready to eat the next day.
