Chia Pudding with Mango, Passionfruit and Coconut

  • 250 ml Emborg Milk
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Mango
  • 2-3 psc Passionfruit
  • Coconut Flakes for Topping

Simple and easy chia pudding – perfect for a healthy dessert or a quick and fresh breakfast! 


Start by mixing the chia seeds and milk into a jar let it sit for a few minutes and then stir it.

While waiting for the chia pudding to set, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.

When the chia pudding is set, spoon it into four glasses and top with a layer of mango and passionfruit. Finally, sprinkle some coconut flakes over the dessert.


Top the chia pudding off with your favourite topping (e.g. berries or granola).

Make the chia pudding the day before so it’s ready to eat the next day.
