- 150 g dark chocolate
- 75 g hazelnuts
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g Emborg Cook & Bake
- 1 egg
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Roughly chop the chocolate and hazelnuts.
Whip together the sugar, Cook & Bake and egg.
Mix the flour and baking powder into the dough, fold in the chocolate and nuts.
Using your hands, gather the dough and make 20 small balls with the dough, place them on a sheet of baking parchment and, if necessary, press the top of the balls of dough gently.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 °C for approximately 10 minutes.
Leave the cookies to cool completely before transferring them to a tin.
