    • Place Emborg Cream Cheese directly onto the chopping board.

    • Layer otak-otak, red onion slices, cucumber slices, and capers on top of the cream cheese.

    • Drizzle in olive oil, add black pepper and optional lemon zest or juice.

    • Chop everything together until evenly combined but still textured.

    • Continue chopping and folding until the mixture becomes creamy and cohesive.

    • Spoon the chopped mixture generously into the hot dog bun and serve immediately.
