- 50 ml Emborg Dessert Whip
- 150 g Emborg Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 150 g Flour
- 150 g Almonds
Christmas is here, and what could be better than enjoying sweets with friends and family? Try our home-made Emborg Christmas-inspired brownie with a touch of cinnamon. Fill the house with a delicious smell of home baking to spread the Christmas spirit.
Heat the oven to 180°C.
Whisk eggs and sugar together into a white foam.
Melt Emborg Butter and chocolate in a pot.
Pour melted chocolate butter into the mix.
Mix together with flour, cinnamon, blended almonds, and Emborg Dessert Whip.
Pour into a 20 × 25 cm baking tray. Bake for 20‒25 minutes.
