Classic Cheeseburger with French Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Emborg Sliced Cheddar (white)
  • 300 g Emborg French Fries
  • 500 g Minced Beef (8-10% fat)
  • 4 Large Burger Buns
  • 1-2 Tomatoes (sliced)
  • ½ Red Onion (sliced into rings)
  • Pickled Cucumbers (sliced)
  • 4-8 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 tbsp Quality Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Ketchup
  • ½ tbsp Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Cheeseburgers and fries are always a good idea, and a hit among everyone.

Method:

Mix the minced beef together with the salt and pepper and shape into four burger patties.

Fry them in a hot pan with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Place the cheese slices on the beef patties for the last 2 minutes of the frying time, until they just start to melt.

Stir the crushed garlic into the mayonnaise and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Toast the buns and spread the bottom halves with ketchup and the top halves with garlic mayonnaise.

Fill the burgers with lettuce leaves, burger patties, sliced tomato, onion rings and pickled cucumber.

Tip: 

Add an extra slice of cheese to make the burger extra juicy!
