Classic Mac'n'Cheese

Try this creamy, classic mac'n'cheese for your next family dinner. It's a hit with both kids and adults.

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    • Cook macaroni al dente and drain.

    • Melt Emborg Butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.

    • Pour in the flour and stir continually for 3–4 minutes.

    • Add Emborg Milk and continue stirring for about 2 minutes until it becomes smooth and thick.

    • Remove from the heat and add Emborg Shredded Pasta Cheese a little bit at a time, mixing well until the cheese is all melted. Season with salt and pepper.

    • Stir macaroni into the cheese mixture and pour into a baking dish.

    • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Then broil for 2 minutes until the top is slightly browned.

    • Top with parsley for a fresh touch, and serve!
