Classic-style 5 Cheese Quesadilla

    Prepare the Filling

    • Lay out the large flour tortillas on a flat surface.

    • Sprinkle 1/4 of Emborg Shredded Mozzarella Cheese on one half of each tortilla.

    • Add 1/4 of Emborg 3 Cheese Bake on top of the mozzarella.

    • Sprinkle 1/4 of Grated Parmesan Cheese over the 3 Cheese Bake.

    • Place 2 slices of ham on top of the cheese layers.

    • Fold the tortillas in half to enclose the filling.

    Cook the Quesadillas

    • Heat half of the Emborg Salted Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Sprinkle 1/2 of Shredded Parmesan Cheese directly onto the skillet in a thin, even layer.

    • Place a folded quesadilla on top of the Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the Parmesan forms a crispy crust and the tortilla is golden brown.

    • Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese inside is melted.

    • Repeat with the remaining quesadillas, adding more Emborg Salted Butter and Shredded Parmesan Cheese to the skillet as needed.

    Serve

    • Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
