Instructions

Prepare the Filling

  • Lay out the large flour tortilla on a flat surface.

  • Divide Emborg Shredded Mozzarella Cheese on one half of a tortilla.

  • Divide Emborg 3 Cheese Bake on top of the Emborg Mozzarella.

  • Divide the Grated Parmesan Cheese over the Emborg 3 Cheese Bake.

  • Place 2 slices of ham on top of the cheese layers.

  • Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook the Quesadillas

  • Heat Emborg Salted Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Sprinkle Shredded Parmesan Cheese directly onto the skillet in a thin, even layer.

  • Place folded quesadilla on top of the Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the Parmesan forms a crispy crust and the tortilla is golden brown.

  • Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese inside is melted.

Serve

  • Cut quesadilla into wedges and serve immediately.
