Creamy havarti spaghetti

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp Emborg Spreadable Butter
  • 200 g Emborg Havarti
  • 300 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 - 4 tbsp of cut green spring onions
  • Basil

Chop garlic into small pieces, slice mushrooms and onion.

Cook spaghetti according to packaging instructions.

Melt butter on a pan and lightly fry garlic and onions for 2 minutes.

Pour shredded Havarti and cream into the pan together with onions and cook for 5 minutes.

Mix the mushrooms into the sauce, together with salt and pepper.

Serve on a plate spaghetti and sauce, top with cut green onions and basil.
