Creamy Havarti Spaghetti
- 500g Spaghetti
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Emborg Butter
- 200 g Emborg Havarti
- 300 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 - 4 tbsp of cut Green Spring Onions
Creamy Havarti Spaghetti is a true family favorite and it is very simple and fast to make! - what's not to like?
Chop garlic into small pieces, slice mushrooms and onion.
Cook spaghetti according to packaging instructions.
Melt Emborg butter on a pan and lightly fry garlic and onions for 2 minutes.
Pour shredded Emborg Havarti and Emborg pasta cream into the pan together with onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix the mushrooms into the sauce, together with salt and pepper.
Serve the spaghetti and sauce on a plate, top with cut green onions and basil.
