Creamy havarti spaghetti
- 500 g spaghetti
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp Emborg Spreadable Butter
- 200 g Emborg Havarti
- 300 ml Emborg Pasta Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 2 - 4 tbsp of cut green spring onions
Chop garlic into small pieces, slice mushrooms and onion.
Cook spaghetti according to packaging instructions.
Melt butter on a pan and lightly fry garlic and onions for 2 minutes.
Pour shredded Havarti and cream into the pan together with onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix the mushrooms into the sauce, together with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate spaghetti and sauce, top with cut green onions and basil.
