Creamy Pasta with Chicken, Peas and Cheese

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 40 g Emborg Butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Red onion chopped
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 200 g Emborg Shredded Pasta Cheese
  • 400 g Emborg Garden Peas
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream

Cook spaghetti according to instructions.

Melt Emborg Butter in a pan and lightly sauté garlic and red onion for 2 minutes.

Remove garlic and red onion from pan and tip in the chicken. Let it cook for 7 minutes until golden.

Put onion and garlic back into the pan with Emborg Cooking Cream and Emborg Shredded Pasta Cheese. Cook at low–medium heat for 5 minutes. Remember to stir.

Mix in Emborg Garden Peas and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the cooked, drained pasta and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
