    • Using a blender, blend the first 4 ingredients, with a little water, into a paste.

    • Heat a pan and melt the Emborg Cook & Bake. Add the paste and sauté until fragrant. Then add the canned red chilli tuna.

    • Add the mixed seafood and give it a good stir.

    • Pour in the Emborg Cooking Cream and simmer over a low heat.

    • Add in the cooked spaghetti and gently toss it in the sauce until it’s evenly coated.

    • Season with salt and sugar.

    • Serve with shredded cucumber and beansprouts if desired. Bon appétit!
