


Creamy Seafood Laksa Pasta

Instructions

Using a blender, blend the first 4 ingredients, with a little water, into a paste.

Heat a pan and melt the Emborg Cook & Bake. Add the paste and sauté until fragrant. Then add the canned red chilli tuna.

Add the mixed seafood and give it a good stir.

Pour in the Emborg Cooking Cream and simmer over a low heat.

Add in the cooked spaghetti and gently toss it in the sauce until it’s evenly coated.

Season with salt and sugar.

Serve with shredded cucumber and beansprouts if desired. Bon appétit!
