Creamy Seafood Laksa Pasta
- 50 g Shallot
- 20 g Garlic
- 30 g Lemongrass
- 10 g Turmeric Root
- 30 g Canned Red Chilli Tuna
- 80 g Emborg Cook & Bake
- 30 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
- 250 g Cooked Spaghetti
- Salt & Sugar
- 150 g Mixed Seafood
If you are in the mood for a savoury seafood pasta, this is it! Try this easy recipe and serve for your friends and family.
1. Using a blender, blend the first 4 ingredients into a paste.
3. Add the mixed seafood and give it a good stir.
4. Pour in the Emborg Cooking Cream and simmer over a low heat.
5. Add in the cooked spaghetti and gently toss it in the sauce until it’s evenly coated.
6. Season with salt and sugar.
7. Serve with shredded cucumber and beansprouts if desired. Bon appétit!
