Creamy Tomyum Pasta

Instructions

Soften the Tom Yum paste by putting the Tom Yum Pack in the hot water for 1 minute.

Boil pasta in salted water for about 7 minutes, until al dente.

Drain the pasta and set aside. Reserve about 200 ml of the pasta water.

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Tom Yum paste and fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Reduce to medium-low heat, add Emborg Cooking Cream, and stir gently.

Add sugar, mix well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Sitr consistently until the pasta is evenly coated and glossy.

Turn off the heat and transfer the pasta to a bowl. Add Emborg Shredded Parmesan and mix well.
