  • 600 g Emborg Brie
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 baguette sliced into thin toasts
  • Olive oil

  1. Remove the rind from the Emborg Brie and cut the cheese into small pieces.
  2. In a mixer with a paddle attachment, whip the brie for 10 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the whipped cheese to a plate and use a spatula to flatten it out.
  4. Drizzle the brie with honey and sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Brush the baguette toasts with olive oil and toast them until golden brown.
  6. Serve the whipped brie with the warm baguette toasts.
