  • 80 ml Emborg Plain Yogurt
  • 80 g Emborg Cream Cheese
  • 90 ml Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu
  • 200 ml Water
  • 400 g Ice
  • 4 mint leaves

A velvety and refreshing slush made with yogurt, cream cheese and yuzu syrup. An icy treat perfect for any occasions.


  1. Its super easy, just place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and serve with a mint leaf and straw.
