Crock Pot Corn
- 500 g Emborg Sweet Corn
- 100 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 100 g Emborg Shredded Cheddar
- 50 g Emborg Butter
- 200 ml Emborg Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
This classic slow cooked crock pot corn Emborg recipe is easy to make and perfectly rich and creamy, made with only 5 ingredients.
Mix all ingredients in a covered pot and place in the oven for 3 hours at 150 °C.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and serve as a main dish or as a side dish with meat.
