Crunchy Chilli Garlic Spread

- 1 head of Garlic, peeled and chopped
- 120 ml Oil
- 2 Bird's eye chillies, stem removed and chopped
- 200 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt

- In a pan, fry the chopped garlic in hot oil until golden brown, and then set the garlic aside. In the same pan, fry the chillies for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, mix together the Emborg Cream Cheese, sugar, salt, fried chillies, 1 tbsp of frying oil and the crunchy garlic.
- Serve as a spread on bread or crackers, or as a dip for any of your favourite snacks.
