Deep pan pizza with stretch
- Ready-made deep pan pizza crust
- 200 g pizza sauce
- 250 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
- Fresh basil
Place two baking trays in the oven and pre-heat to 250°C on convection setting.
Spread out pizza sauce on the deep pan pizza crusts.
Sprinkle with grated Emborg mozzarella.
Transfer the pizzas to the hot baking trays with greaseproof paper and bake for 10 minutes.
Top the baked pizzas with fresh basil before serving.
Serve with salad on the side as desired.
