Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
Arrange Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar in small 5 cm circles on a lined baking tray and bake them for 15 minutes the oven.
Then, take your tacos out of the oven and place them over the sides of a big tray, so they are hanging down, creating the unique taco shape when they cool.
Mix together your cooked chicken, shredded cabbage mix, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed garlic, and mango in a large bowl.
Finally, add your filling in your tacos and top it of with a delicious chili mayo.
You can easily use the cheese tacos with any type of filling!
