Easy Butter Cookies
- 220 g Emborg Unsalted Butter
- 140 g Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Yolks
- 280 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Glace Cherries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Is there anything better than fresh baked butter cookies? These butter cookies are an easy snack and super simple to make!
Start by mixing butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Then, add in vanilla, then yolks, one at a time.
Add in flour and mix until just combined. Scrape down the bowl during beating. Then add in milk at the end, to loosen up the mixture a little.
You can fill it into a cookie press or pipe with a star nozzle using a piping bag.
Pipe cookies onto a parchment lined trays. Chop the glace cherries into small dices and place one small piece onto each cookie, and bake at 175 degrees celsius for around 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
