  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 dl Orange Juice
  • 1 dl. Emborg Yogurt
  • 2.5 dl Emborg Milk
  • 300g Emborg Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Honey

A refreshing drink for natural energy drink or a filling breakfast - Smoothie is always a good idea

This smoothie recipe is super easy and will get your day started off the right way with protein-filled yogurt and calcium-filled milk comined with fruit and berries filled with c-vitamine and antioxidants.

This recipe is also child-friendly because of the sweet taste from the banana and the raspberries, and beautiful pink colour. What's not to like? 

 

METHOD:

All you have to do to make this delicious smoothie is to combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a nice and smooth texture. And there you have it, a sweet, refreshing and healthy smoothie. 

TIP:

Use this smoothie for breakfast, or even as a dessert by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream
