  • 2 dl Emborg Sour Cream 10% or 24%
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 piece Citrus fruit
  • 2 tablespoons Spring onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika Sour Cream Dip
  • 2 dl Emborg Sour Cream 10% or 24%
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dill dip
  • 2 dl Emborg Sour Cream 10% or 24%
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Sour Cream Dip

  1. Finely chop the spring onions.
  2. Put Emborg Sour Cream in a small bowl.
  3. Add onion powder and spring onions. Taste the juice for citrus, salt and pepper.
  4. Let the dip cool in the fridge for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Paprika Sour Cream Dip

  1. Put Emborg Sour Cream in a small bowl.
  2. Add the onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Let the dip cool in the fridge for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Dill Sour Cream Dip

  1. Finely chop the dill.
  2. Put Emborg Sour Cream in a small bowl.
  3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper.
  4. Let the dip cool in the fridge for 5–10 minutes before serving.
