
Easy Sour Cream Dips


Ingredients
- Sour Cream dip
- 2 dl Emborg Sour Cream 10% or 24%
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 piece Citrus fruit
- 2 tablespoons Spring onion finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika Sour Cream Dip
- 2 dl Emborg Sour Cream 10% or 24%
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Dill dip
- 2 dl Emborg Sour Cream 10% or 24%
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh dill finely chopped
- Salt and pepper

Method:
Sour Cream Dip
- Finely chop the spring onions.
- Put Emborg Sour Cream in a small bowl.
- Add onion powder and spring onions. Taste the juice for citrus, salt and pepper.
- Let the dip cool in the fridge for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Paprika Sour Cream Dip
- Put Emborg Sour Cream in a small bowl.
- Add the onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Let the dip cool in the fridge for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Dill Sour Cream Dip
- Finely chop the dill.
- Put Emborg Sour Cream in a small bowl.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper.
- Let the dip cool in the fridge for 5–10 minutes before serving.
