
Easy Vanilla Butter Cookies


Ingredients
- 220 g Emborg Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp Emborg Milk
- 140 g Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 280 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Emborg Milk
What better than freshly baked vanilla butter cookies? These cookies are simple to make and perfect for any occasion!
Method:
Start by mixing together the butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Then, add in the vanilla, then the yolks, one at a time.
Add in the flour and mix until just combined. Scrape down the bowl during beating. Then add in the milk at the end, to loosen up the mixture a little.
To make the cookies, you can either pack the dough into a cookie press or fill a piping bag (with a star nozzle) with the mix.
Press out or pipe the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined tray and bake at 175 °C for around 15 minutes, or until golden brown
