    • Preheat the oven to 200-250 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.

    • Dust the work surface with the flour and strech the pizza dough ball out to 30cm.

    • Top the pizza dough with crushed tomatoes, followed by the Emborg Shredded Mozzarella cheese, and drizzle with the extra-virgin olive oil. Leaving a half inch space for the crust.

    • Slide the pizza into a baking tray and into the preheated oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the crust becomes crispy and golden.

    • Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and scoops of Emborg Cream Cheese. Serve and enjoy!

    To thaw the frozen pizza dough correct; Place the frozen dough ball in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a damp towel to prevent drying. Let it thaw slowly in the fridge.
