


Extra Creamy Pizza Margherita
An easy pizza recipe you can whip up for any occasion. A delicious combination of juicy tomatoes, bubbly mozzarella, fragrant basil, and creamy cream cheese—the perfect snack for the whole family.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200-250 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.

Dust the work surface with the flour and strech the pizza dough ball out to 30cm.

Top the pizza dough with crushed tomatoes, followed by the Emborg Shredded Mozzarella cheese, and drizzle with the extra-virgin olive oil. Leaving a half inch space for the crust.

Slide the pizza into a baking tray and into the preheated oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the crust becomes crispy and golden.

Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and scoops of Emborg Cream Cheese. Serve and enjoy!
To thaw the frozen pizza dough correct; Place the frozen dough ball in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a damp towel to prevent drying. Let it thaw slowly in the fridge.
