Instructions

Pour the passata into an ovenproof dish and mix in the concentrated stock.

Fold in the peeled tomatoes together with Emborg Organic Mixed Vegetables.

Divide the fish into portions and place on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice, honey and freshly chopped chilli, salt and pepper.

Cover the dish and place in the oven 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Serve with your favourite rice and enjoy!
