Fish in Tomato Sauce
- 600 g White Fish
- 1 l Tomato Passata
- 50 ml Concentrated Stock
- 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes (peeled)
- 800 g Emborg Organic Mixed Vegetables
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ a Chilli
- 2 tsp Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Looking for a simple and delicious way to cook fish with healthy vegetables? – This is our answer.
Pour the puree into an ovenproof dish and mix in the concentrated stock.
Fold in the peeled tomatoes together with Emborg mixed vegetables.
Divide the fish into portions and place on top and sprinkle with lemon juice, honey and freshly chopped chilli, salt and pepper.
Cover and place in the oven 180 celsius for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
