French Fries Overload
500g Emborg French Straight Cut French Fries
150g Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar
200g Emborg Mozzarella
100g Salami slices (pork or beef)
10g Fresh parsley
Start by cooking the fries according to the directions on the package until they are just slightly golden.
Put the fries in a tray and sprinkle with Emborg Shredded Mozzarella and Emborg Shredded Red Cheddar.
Add the sliced salami randomly on the cheese and bake it for 5-7 minutes on 200°C.
When the cheese is melted, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
