French fries with chicken kebab
- 600 g Emborg French Fries – straight cut
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 4 skewers
- 600 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp curry
- Salt and pepper
Cook the French fries according to the directions on the package.
Stir crushed garlic and grated lime zest into the mayonnaise.
Cut the chicken into large chunks and toss with the chilli sauce and curry, then put the chunks on skewers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken in a grill pan for about 3 minutes on each of the four sides.
Serve French fries with the lime aioli and chicken skewers.
