Gnocchi with Spinach and Cheese
Try this delicious Italian gnocchi for dinner or lunch by following these simple steps:

Thaw Emborg Chopped Spinach, and cut red onion and garlic into thin slices.

Boil gnocchi for 5 minutes and drain.

In a hot pan with Emborg Salted Butter, briefly fry garlic and red onions without allowing it to brown.

Add the drained gnocchi and continue to fry for 2 minutes.

Add Emborg Cooking Cream and Emborg Chopped Spinach. Bring to a simmer and grate half of the Emborg Grana Padano into the pan.

Season with salt and lemon zest and serve topped with the rest of the cheese.
