Ingredients

  • 4 Large Vine Tomatoes (cut into irregular wedges)
  • 1 Cucumber (roughly chopped)
  • ½ Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 16 Kalamata Olives
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 85 g Emborg Greek Style
  • 4 tbsp Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt

You just need 7 ingredients to make this delicious salad. It is perfect as a refreshing side dish. 

Method: 

Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, season lightly, then serve with crusty bread to mop up the juices.
